In the semifinals, Janset rallied from a 2-1 deficit to defeat Strongsville resident Shyam Polaconda 3-2. Polaconda defeated Janset during the group stage.

The U1200 finals event showcased one of the most thrilling matches of the tournament. By mixing up her strategic offensive and defensive game with strong top and back spin serves, Janset defeated Matthew Joonsung Oh from Columbus 3-2 in the fifth game at deuce.

Along with her two championships in U1000 and U1200 giant round-robin events, Janset joined her coach, Samson Dubina, and managed to reach the finals of the open doubles event among eight teams.
