Seton Catholic School spent April 13 in an all-school retreat. Symbolic of the time Jesus went into the desert for 40 days where He prayed and fasted - Seton students and faculty are "fasting" from their regular work and putting themselves in a different place. This is a very special time to more fully and actively engage in the celebration of the Triduum (the three most holy and special days of the year - Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday in preparation for Easter). The Seton Catholic School students reenacted the events of the Last Supper (Passover), Washing of the Feet, the Living Stations of the Cross and Veneration of the Cross, and the Paschal celebration with renewal of the Baptismal Promises.
